What to do for each apartment

  1. Visit the apartment yourself and take clear photos of every room, the outside and the compound.
  2. Get the owner's name and phone number. If you are not the owner, say who gave you permission.
  3. Enter everything here. We check it before it goes live.

Add a property

Photos

Use photos of the real property only. At least 3, up to 30. The first photo is the cover. Large photos are shrunk automatically.

Owner / landlord details

Private. Only you and Prime Estate & Properties staff can see this. It is never shown on the website.

Examples: a photo of the tenancy papers, a signed note from the owner, or a screenshot of the owner's WhatsApp message. Up to 5 files, 5MB each.
