Selling land? You can list it here too. Land is listed for sale, in its own section, by a verified agent in the same way as a house.

Landlords do not need an account. A verified Prime Estate & Properties agent lists the property for you, and our team checks it before it goes live.

1. Contact us. Send the property location, rent and your phone number on WhatsApp, or ask a Prime Estate & Properties agent near you.
2. An agent visits. They take photos of the real property and record your details privately. Your phone number is never shown on the website.
3. We check. Our team confirms the agent, the property and your authority to rent it.
4. It goes live. Renters contact the agent. You agree the fees in writing.

Before you start

1. Prepare accurate details about the location, type, bedrooms and availability.
2. Use current photos of the actual property, not illustrative images.
3. Disclose rent and every known fee clearly.
4. Be ready to confirm your authority to rent or appoint an agent.
5. Respond promptly and correct stale details.

The current owner enquiry on the homepage may prepare a WhatsApp message rather than store a listing. Do not assume submission means the property is published.
