A home gets the Checked badge only after our team has recorded all four checks below. Nothing goes live before that.
Agent identity checked
We review the agent’s ID, phone number and the areas they work in before they can add a home.
Property viewed
Our team confirms the home exists and matches its photos, so you are not paying for a picture.
Owner authority checked
We confirm the owner, or someone the owner trusts, has agreed that this agent can let the home.
Details recently confirmed
Rent and fees are confirmed again, so the amounts you see are current.

Search and compare
Filter by area, rent and bedrooms. Read the full move-in cost before you message anyone.
See it before you pay
Message the agent on WhatsApp and agree a time to inspect. Do not pay for a home you have not seen.
Pay with proof
Ask for the total in writing and a receipt for every payment. Report anything that does not match the listing.

No. It means our team recorded four checks on the agent and the property. You should still see the home and confirm every cost in writing before you pay.
Is the total move-in cost shown?
Where the agent has listed rent, agency, legal and caution fees, we add them up for you. Ask for the final amount in writing before you pay.
Do I need an account to search?
No. You can browse and message agents without signing up. Homes you save stay on your own phone.
Who should I pay?
Pay only after you have seen the home, and only against a receipt or signed agreement. Report anyone who asks you to pay into a personal account.
How do I become an agent?
Create an agent account and apply with your details and an ID. Our team reviews every application before you can add homes.
